Needs only Dr. suggestion My 2 months baby boy is having skin issues, here is picture attached please see and suggest is it serious issue or we can care with home remedies.

This is looking like some kind of an allergy on the skin I wouldn’t say it is serious or anything because without a physical assessment we cannot confirm so right now you can apply calamine lotion but having an assessment with your doctor physically would be equally helpful
