Yes These bills are quite good you can use them right after your delivery if you want to but there is a myth which women have that it is going to help in reduction of your tummy but it doesn’t work like that it is just going to keep your tummy in place so that it does not become more soggy that’s about it if you want you can definitely go ahead with it
