Q.
Need to stop feeding especially at night What to do and how to do . Please help

Heloo mam Give heavy dinner to the child to reduce hunger pan After 1 year no night time feeding is required for the child If the child wakes up give him water and nothing else if he ask for and rock him to sleep , it’s little tiring but eventually within 3-4 days the child will slowly stop take the feed

U We’ll have to quit breastfeeding during the daytime first and then only it is going to happen in night because the body will stop taking making feed accordingly so it would be important for you to 1st we did during daytime and then only it is going to go in night
