Q.

Need help . My baby is not sleeping well at night . and refuse to stop BF . While only feeding he goes to sleep and this is very long session at night.. I don’t know any other method to put baby to sleep . He is not sleeping well and it’s impacting on my health also . Got frustrated .

A. Hello Mom you may take your meal before baby feed time and feed him well as that will Ensure good quality milk , also regular massages would also help .. you may try to take help of other family members if possible

My baby boy is not sleeping well . in daytime he take BF + 2 time formula milk and burp well but didn’t sleep well , at night he wakes up frequently took long time to feed and sleeps while feeding so I am a unable to burp him at night .
