SYED SHAHBAZ AHMEDFather of 3 children1 Year agoA. It's quite normal these days , actually all the babies are behaving similarly, my daughter and son both are doing the same now going to sleep at around 1-2 am in between and waking up late around in between 12-1 pm
but overall both are very active and playing well eating well so don't worry, slowly slowly they will go to bed early so nothing to worry about it as per my opinion.
better you also try to sleep at least for two hours in a day time and spend the quality time with your baby at night 🌉
Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Sleeping pattern of small babies vary from one child to another and if there is no discomfort or any cause like infantile colic ,nasal blockage or any kind of pain and if the child is playful and taking proper feeding there is nothing to worry, have patience , this pattern will get normal with time.just keep monitoring your baby for comfortable position and temperature.
every baby has its own sleeping pattern which keeps changing with age, only after 5-6 mons of age you can establish a regular sleep cycle gradually with time n age. too much of light and noise may interfere, avoid any excess screen time, fix a regular time,
do not allow day time sleep which us not so necessary ,nr
massage the feet of the baby for a relaxed and undisturbed sleep. gentle rocking and patting of the baby, singing a lullaby, and light music will also play a good role.
lesser the noise and better the sleep.a sound sleep of 8-10 hrs with a proper diet is sufficient for child's health.
