Myself 3 months pregnant.. I m havi g lot of gastric problem.. to gas build up I often use to vomit.. unable to eat food.. pain in chest and feels like something is hooked inside.. how can I control it.? Doctor had given me syrup for gas trouble.. but that also no use

A. are you facing constipation issues also?? keep yourself hydrated take fibres in the diet keep yourself physically little active by walking few steps daily and also you can take hingwashtak Churna 3 grams before meals twice in the day
