mymy baby is 2 months 15days luks thn her birthwt 2.460 nw 4 all telling she s tiny ,she s active n passing pees crctly wat shall i do fa fast gaining

A. Use breast massage and breast compression during breastfeeding. If you're pumping, use hands on pumping techniques. Pump or hand express for a couple of minutes before nursing. This will remove some of the foremilk so that your baby receives more of the richer, higher calorie hindmilk.
