please give daily massage and sun light exposure
please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet

I suggest you please decrease your child screen time and encourage for physical activity like walking jumping skipping cycling etc
please spend more time with your child and take Interest in your child daily diet
