Q.
Hi my baby is 1 month and 22 days old. Recently she has taken 6th week vaccination from that day she is crying and not getting proper sleep and also having loose motions. Please suggest something to recover.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. when fever and pain comes after vaccination you can give paracetamol to the child for fever as well as pain.
paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day.
you can also apply ice over the injection site.
if there is local swelling you can apply ice as well as thrombophob gel.
vaccine fever usually subsides in max 2 to 3 days but if it continues beyond 3 days meet yosur dr to rule out any other causes of fever.
vaccine related irritability and loss of appetite and behaviour chzange may take around 5 to sometimes 7 days to improve.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. the vaccination fever pain will be lasting for 3 to 4 days in the baby. defor further advice in this regard you better consult your doctor for physical examination investigations if required then only proper treatment can be given and advise also in this regard
