Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi it happens because of constipation , Indigestion etc so please maintain good hydration throughout the day. give Natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more. give food items like spinach soup, tomatoes soup, sesame seeds , fruits like pear papaya plum banana etc to your child more which makes digestion easy. encourage your child to do more physical activities.
