My wife - mom to a 10 months old is having sore throat, cold, and body ache since last 2-3 days. She took Allegra 180 and dolo but seems like not helping her much. Please advise.

Then please check with your doctor there is a possibility that your wife may be having a throat infection and the medicine that she has taken is meant to be taken for three days to 5 days has she completed the course and despite of completing the course of the things are not better than it’s a good time for you to visit your doctor
