Q.
My wife is pregnant and she is in fever 102f . Is it safe to have Dolo 650 or paracetamol 500 mg

Both are good at their own places so you can give either of them what is available to you both are good this dosage is going to be there depending upon the medicine that you’re giving so I would recommend you to go for Dolo 250 ML that’s going to be the right one to use
