Q.

My wife is expecting baby delivery by 15th June. she is having swelling on both feets. please advise.

A. Swelling in last trimester is mostly due to weight gain during pregnancy . so you can just keep pillow under your leg and sleep for a while which Will help reduce the swelling Secondly you should have proper monitoring for blood pressure

A. It's normal to get some swelling in pregnancy, particularly in your legs, ankles, feet and fingers. It's often worse at the end of the day and further into your pregnancy. Swelling that comes on gradually is not usually harmful to you or your baby, but it can be uncomfortable.
