Q.

my wife delivered yesterday but her tummy is full of gases. what shall we do in that case.

A. Hello sir congratulations.. For the gas issues u can give half tsp of ajwain with pinch of black salt with lukewarm water.. This will help to expel gas from stomach and give relief. U Can give 2-3 times in a day.
