My weight is gaining to fast am 4months old mum

A. Hello mam As it’s 4 month post delivery u can start with little exercise and diet .. if Normal delivery then u can go for walk for 30 min but if it’s c section go slow on physical activity and start proper physical activity after 6 month In diet have small and frequent meals Include more fruits and vegetables in the diet Take whole grains like wheat, jowar, oats, ragi , brown rice .. Take protein with every meal like dal, paneer, sprouts, egg, beans, oats, milk, curd Reduce the intake of maida, extra ghee, sugar and fried food Water 2-3 litre per day
