Q.

my weight is 78 kg since I deliver my baby. it's being 3 years now. Please suggest how to work on reduce weight during this lockdown. kindly suggest any homemade morning drink as well. thanks in advance.

A. Hi mom. Have warm lemon honey water daily to burn fat. Avoid high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food.. At home u can do yoga. Surya namaskar aasan will help u to reduce your weight. Avoid eating rice and potatoes as they increase the weight... Have dinner two hours before bedtime.. Have light dinner like veggies sprouts soup fruits etc
