You can try to follow this regularly for atleast 6 to 8 months to lose weight
1. Include vegetables, Dal's, skim milk, paneer, egg more in your diet
2. Avoid sugar, sweets, junk & fried foods
3. Exercise daily for 45 minutes

Try to do yoga like suryanamaskar, pranayma these are highly beneficial. Also follow good diet. For breakfast have fruits. Oats, ragi, kellogs for lunch have millets instead of rice. Or
Have less rice and more veggies. For dinner have roti, fruits. Mainly try to Avoid white foods like white rice white bread maida.. Have a balanced and healthy diet.
