A. I know it's difficult. Even with my kids we follow for three days and then there will be chaos for couple of days and again things will get irregular. But I ensure to push back again to the schedule. Over a period of time it will become a routine. The initial days can be challenging. But try sticking to it as soon as possible even if you get a dip in between.

A. Bring in a routine schedule. Don't make studies a boredom or burdensome thing. Rather explain why she has to study and what benefits she get out of it. Also as I said, regularise study and play with a proper scheduling. Like Once she is back from school(online classes), she can can play or do crafts for an hour. Then one hour for home work and study. Again one hour she can play and then go to bed. Similarly on weekends encourage her to finish all the homework on Friday and leave Saturday and Sunday totally free. Once you give her adequate time to play she will not create much fret to study.
