my two year old boy is having fever since today...his temperature reaches at 103f..I am giving P250mg 3.5ml but fever downs to 100f and again comes within four hours...what to do to reduce the fever.

A. Hello, your baby boy is 25 months old and he is having a fever upto 103 degrees so responding to paracetamol but again reoccurring so give him proper antibiotic as well
