my two year 10 months old daughter today morning vomited saliva like on empty stomach I m worried pls let me know y she vomited?

Author of questionMom of a 7 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. thks doctor put she vomited in the morning on empty stomach only now she is fine and didn't vomit. I wanted to know the reason as she has done this first time.
