my two months old baby did pass his stool for past 3days.. Am totally fedup... Any remedies for this..?

ExpertDr. Gunjan BawejaPaediatrician4 years agoA. hellonits normal for the babies on milk feeds till 6 months to pass stool even after 7 to 10 days and nothing needs to be done if he's feeding good and urine output is normal
