Q.

my twins got viral fever 10 days back they will become fine after three days then after 1 day they got stomach infection after medication they are fine but still now they have mild fever upto 99.6 otherwise they are vry active some time fever comes goes without medicine I'm really worried about their heath

A. Frequent infections happen because of weak immune system. So you are advised to to give a proper proteins in the diet, Vitamin C rich fruits, leafy Greens & physical activity. do consult with your doctor once... A. Yes they drink plenty of water fruit juice and tender coconut but still they have problem to pass stool..what is helps my baby to have stress-free stool passing

A. 99.6 is not fever anything more than 100° is temperature keep baby well hydrated increase the water intake water helps in maintaining body temperature take care
