My twins babies now 6th month running I started to give cerelac rice after eating 1hour they start vomitting why it happens

A. that might not be digest by ur babies. hd giving it till they recover. increase breast feeding.. of no improvement, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
