my twin baby girls birth weight is 1.8 kg. and now they're 1 year 28 days, now their weight is 7.9kg and 7.5kg. their hight is 70 CM. are they healthy...???. still We are feeding them similac plus stage 3. is it okay to contineu formula milk even after 1 year.

child should gain 50% height of the birth height by 1 year
formula is not required now you can give pasteurized full cream top milk
avoid bottle feeding

I am also switching the to top feed and food.
Weight gain is also a challenge for me for my twins.
Same birth weight 1.8 and 1.9
And now 7kg around .
Will 1 year on 1 May.
