Q.

Hello I have 12 months old twin girls their weight is around 8 kgs… how should I increase their weight and they dnt even show interest in eating they cry while eating…is their any supplements which can be given for healthy growth

A. You should be adding salt and spices in to the food that you giving for proper flavour and sometimes kids can have lower level of haemoglobin which can actually affect the overall diet of the child to start with a supplement for the child for at least 3 to 6 months
