My twin daughters are 3.5yrs old. Their weight is 11.1kg and 11.5kg now, they born premature(1.8kg and1.6kg). What should I do to increase their weight?

A. Actually your kids were born with really less weight so that is why they’re not gaining this good weight as they should have gained by now but not a problem you should give more of proteins to both your kids vegetarian and non-vegetarian both and make your kids have more of physical activities like running jogging anything that you feel is going to channelise energy will make them hungry try to do those things with your kids and that is going to be good for increasing the appetite and proteins are exceptionally good make sure to use them you can go for both veg and non-veg as per your choice
