My twin baby girls are 23 months old how can i toilet train them i often talk to them n explain them bt all in vain as they don’t sit on potty chair and start crying when i make them sit ,where in they r aware n conscious that when they want to pee they get down from bed and do it n inform me as well but after doing it in their pants plz suggest n help what can i do
