my twin baby boy and girl has too much dirrehea till 10 days we give him antibiotics for 5 day as per suggested by pediatrician but there is no recovery in their health after eating they do toilet so what should be do? till they are only on brestfeeding and lactogen 1

A. you can go for rs for every episode of loose motion and also get a stool examination done which will tell whether infection has decreased or not or any other medicines are required or not
