Q.
my twin babies are prematurely delivered at 31 weeks or 7th months, now they are going to be 6 month old. can we start giving water and all ?

start with liquid diet n gradually increase the consistency.

you can start with easily digestible food like warm dal water moong water or rice starch with small quantity of spices and ghee
please give daily massage with Babyhug massage oil
