Neelam sharmaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. this is post pregnancy tummy fat sometimes it will remain same while sometimes it will looks like increasing with age. you have to make a diet chart for yourself avoid fast and trans fat foods and along with that start 30 minutes walk followed by some yoga or light exercise
