My toddler is having fever from 24hrs the fever is reducing when I’m giving calpol every 6hrs buy no other sysptom other than fever is it alarming that I need get blood test done if the fever doesn’t reduce for 48hrs

A. after 3 days of fever is same n coming periodically. than further evaluation is imp. it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management. ok
