Q.
My toddler is having cold, fever and cough. He is 21 months old weighing 11 kgs. I gave him crocin and tminic for fever and cold. I have a cough syrup named Dextromethorphan hydrobromide chlorpheniramine malate syrup ( Alex junior). Could you please help me with the dosage of cough syrup? Thanks

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. can give 5 ml twice a day.
You can also make a paste by mixing small quantity of basil leaves, ginger and honey. Mix well and give 1 tea spoon twice a day.
