my toddler is blinking eyes a lot these days. say 5 to 10 times in a min while talking. it was like this, a few months back the toddler kept asking mobile so i use to let him watch half an hour in a day, and that lead to blinking eyes, initially,I got worried so I stopped the mobile rt away, but later after a month as his eye stopped blinking I let him watch occasionally. not everyday, then again his blinking eyes started. now I have totally stopped the mobile but it's been a while he don't stop blinking . plz help me what should I do?

Need to examine ur baby throughly hence
Visit ur nearest pediatrician 
He will examine ur baby in details and guide u in a better way 
Keep ur Baby well hydrated

Maybe your child is having some dryness  irritation into the eyes and that is why your child is blinking eyes like this like so much fast is better to get a check with an eye specialist ones they will be able to give you proper medication and also the issue what why this is happening
