my toddler is 3 yes old doc has suggested escot cream for anal fissure which cannot be seen by eyes how can I apply it inside the anal

you can apply it with the tool which should be come there with the medicine.
or you can first clean your finger and then gently spread the cream at the area.
make sure your nails should be trimmed
please keep your child well hydrated
offer fiber rich food like green leafy vegetables, Tomato soup,prune juice etc to your child which helps to make digestion easy.
because fissure are caused by constipation.
so please avoid giving processed,junk food items.
include natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk banana etc in your child's diet.
keep that area clean and dry
maintain good hygiene
