Till 5 years, mostly kids bahut active hote hain and unki saari enery running and explore karne mein use ho jaati hai, isliye important hai ki aap diet mein protein and fat rich foods dein like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggs, chicken, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado, legumes, ghee, rice water and 550-600 ml milk everyday. 3 times feed karein and 2-3 times healthy snacks along with variety of fluids.
