my toddler is 14 months old..his weight is just 7.2 kg.also he does not stand on his own.

I that’s probably due to weakness in the legs of the child probably because the child is not having proper way the child should be somewhere around 10 1/2 to 11 kgs as of now I think that’s probably due to deficiency of calcium also it would be important for you to consult a doctor
