Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, you should help.your child take sound sleep. Set his sleeping routine so that he gets 12 hours sleep in 24 hours.
This is mandatory for children. Also increase his water intake and give fruits in his diet. Good luck and take care
