A. No we cannot suggest you these things because for this you’ll have to take a proper medication from a doctor nobody can suggest your medication with like this you have to have a word with your doctor and further a diet or things that you need to avoid or include can be suggested by a nutritionist so kindly get in touch with the doctors for that
