my three yr 10 month old daughter got fever104 with headhace and jaw pain degree than after giving paracetamol it was drop to 97 at morning than again got fever at day 102 after giving paracetal again drop to 97 but after 4 hr raise to 102 degree with headache.? what is the reason and what to do?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. your history tells us that the child is suffering from viral fever and in viral fever you have to give only symptomatic treatment that is for fever haves to give paracetamol(max 4 times per day if needed) and plenty of water to drink and at least 60 to 70% of the regular diet and if the fever continues beyond 3 days then meet the doctor
please do bodys sponge that is body wiping to decrease the body temperature with wet cotton cloth.
