My three year son has heat rash under his neck. Should I use any particular powder or just wash with mild soap?

Wash It with any miles so that you want to and then you have two options you can use powder also if you want to use candid dusting powder that specifically for this as you can go ahead with applying of calamine lotion also so you decide whatever is more appropriate for you to go for either of the things are good
