My ten month old son has recurring red small books on shoulder and back . How to deal with this ? And why they appear

A. You can use calamine lotion and sometimes these things can happen due to excessive heat or sweat into the body both the things are commonly seen so you can apply this lotion three times or four times in the day for better results
