Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. this can occur due to either allergy or infection and some times due to weather changes and temperature variations around the child.
for cold you can give syp maxtra 2.5 ml to the child 2 times per day.
try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly for nasal blockage and simple cough and cold. indirect steam will also help.
go for homee remedies like tulsi ginger diluted with water combination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day.
give warm water tto drink
if no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor
for fever and pain give paracetamol

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. it need to be seen. Child specialist should be seen for this as proper treatment and management required a proper examination of baby by the doctor. As such no any self medication should be given to baby .
