my sons wt is 11.4kg .he is not gaining wt.what I do please suggest ?

So that case I think it would be good for you to check with your doctor to understand if any health tonic and supplement would be required to be given to the child so the doctors are going to advise you on that and also any healthy diet plan needed to be given to the child
