for your son's dry, bleeding lips, prioritize hydration, apply a gentle, unscented lip balm or ointment several times a day.avoid licking or biting his lip. if the condition persists or worsens, conselts with a pediatrician

Boroline septic cream apply regularly as many times as you want in a day within 24 hours you will see there will be a good relief the skin would be normal and once the chapping will reduce the skin will not have any more bleeding so take care of this and give more water and fluids in the diet
