Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. please give delcon syrup 2.5 ml Cold and cough in the babies are because of viral infections which will take at least five to six days time to subside it is advisable to do steam inhalation frequently to liquefy the secretions as well put nasoclear saline drops in the nose of the baby

Give sinarist As of now the dosage is going to be too am I you can give it twice a day for three days you will definitely see a good effect from the first dosage itself it is just an antiallergic which will help in controlling the running nose of your child
