My son would have his dinner by 7-7:30. He goes to bed at about 9. If he feels hungry at bed time what can be given? Is milk a good option as he wakes and have milk first thing in the morning.

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and as per my opinion you should give your baby milk before going to bed and also give proper dinner at night. Also give baby variety of food. Thanks and take care
