Is your child completing the time of six months or entering into the time of sixth month you have to check that in the first place because the food can be started after completing the time of six months you can go ahead with water rice water fruits and vegetables Khichdi porridge and varieties of recipes that you can prepare out of ragi oats and Suji and good amount of water
