A. uCow's milk should be given to the baby only after completion of 1 year of age because the protein and fat in cow's milk is hard to digest before that and many a times there could be cow's milk protein allergy in babies and lactose intolerance which could be severe sometimes. Also early introduction of cows milk can lead to iron deficiency anemia as cow's milk lacks iron and vit c . Also there could be micro bleeding in intestine because of the heavy prtotein of cow's milk .To start with cow's milk should be given than gradually you can shift to buffalo milk or a packet milk which is a mixgture of two .

A. Yup Cows milk buffalo’s milk and a full cream packet milk can also be introduced after the age of one year itself so if you want you can go ahead with it but it’s whenever you start for the first time dilute it in the ratio of 70 and 30
