My son will be 20 months old by next week and he still not taking but he understands everything around him when I tell him come, bring this, come and eat, but if he want anything he will hold my hand to go get what he want if I don’t respond he starts to cry am worried any help

A. Hello mom would be ideal to take him to a speech therapist .. as early intervention would be very much beneficial for him .. and to take him out of this habit
