Q.

my son will be 1 year soon(21st of july). My concern is how to introduce milk to him. Should I start from birthday Israeli or next day? I use to buy mil full cream milk. can I start giving that Or it's compulsory to buy cow milk? aAmul provides cow milk or I have to switch to mother dairy cow milk and how much quantity should I give in begening and at what time?

A. Opt for whole, pasteurized cow's milk (3.25% milkfat) or whole, pasteurized goat's milk fortified with vitamin D and folic acid when selecting milk for your 1-2-year-old. This will help you provide your toddler with the nutrition that they need to do what they do best: be curious, be silly, and have fun!
